A GROWING, GIVING COMPANY
The full, Vegas-style casino action found onboard SunCruz Casino and Treasure Island Casino Cruz is brought to you by Oceans Casino Cruises—a company dedicated to providing a superior gaming experience and to making a substantial contribution in each of our port communities.Wst Palm Beach Casino Cruise Ship Oceans Casino Cruises is a relatively new organization that purchased the assets of SunCruz Casinos from bankruptcy in 2004. This action took place in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice to help reestablish over 1,000 jobs. Though a wholly different company than the past SunCruz owners, Oceans decided to keep the SunCruz brand name because of its positive recognition.

Since purchasing SunCruz, Oceans Casino Cruises’ leadership has taken the SunCruz brand into a profitable, growing position. The launch of our seventh ship in the Port of Palm Beach (joining successful operations in the Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Key Largo, Myrtle Beach, Port Canaveral and Treasure Island areas) highlights our ongoing growth and job creation.

Indeed, we are now the largest non-land-based gaming operation in the United States, with over 2,500 slots, nearly 300 table games, sports book and more fleetwide. Our major World Offshore Slot Tournament and World Offshore Poker Tournament pay out roughly half a million dollars to hundreds of players each year. And Oceans is the only major cruise line to fly the American flag on all of its vessels.

Each of our locations participates in charitable and public-service activities throughout the year. A recent celebrity event with former professional football players in Jacksonville, for instance, netted $4,000 for the Joshua Frase Foundation, the NFRPA, Jacksonville Marine Institute, Daniel and the Breast Cancer Awareness Fund. Coast Guard LetterAnd in the Myrtle Beach, S.C., area, Oceans Casino Cruises participated in the Little River Mass Rescue Operation with the United States Coast Guard and local public-safety organizations, which helped prepare both public- and private-sector seafarers for unforeseen incidents. These are but two examples of the many ways in which Oceans has served its communities.
